About Jetplane's Mobility - Tweak Edition

Jetplane's Mobility - Tweak Edition introduces floor slide, double jump, wall cling, and grappling hook as abilities that you can use anywhere, anytime. This mod includes two universal addons that can be loaded with any other mods or mapsets.

Originally made by Jetplane at Zdoom forums, this tweaked edition removes the stamina drain from wall cling and boosts the floor slide power.

Features

• Grappling Hook: Bind a key in the controls to fire a grappling hook projectile. If it hits a monster or any other pushable entity, it will drag it towards you. If you hit a wall with the hook, you will be pulled towards it instead. You can spam fire the hook projectile to massively boost your launch speed or pull force.

• Double Jump: Simply press jump twice to perform a double jump. Uses stamina that automatically regenerates.
• Wall Cling: Press or hold the 'interact' key (default E on keyboard) when facing a wall to stick to it like Spiderman. Does not use stamina. Spamming the 'interact' key allows you to climb up walls.
• Floor Slide: Bind a key (default Q) and press it to launch yourself forward. Uses stamina that recharges gradually.

How to Use In-Game

• Combine Abilities: Floor slide + double jump lets you fly very far very quickly, making long-distance travel super fun.
• Pull Monsters: Use the grappling hook to pull monsters and throw them over a cliff. Combine with the Monster Rules Fall Damage addon to instagib them.
• Dodge Attacks: Floor slide lets you dodge enemy attacks better than just running.
• Close Combat: Use floor slide to get close to an enemy quickly and fire a powerful close-range weapon for maximum damage.
