It works entirely via github, using it's 'Actions' functionality, see the Readme.md on that page on how to set this up.

You don't have to be a coder to use it, simply follow the steps/instructions, setup your twitter API developer keys, change the content in posts.csv, tweak the poster.yml file in the '.github/workflows' folder and then run a workflow in the Actions tab.

Once its done, it will forever post on your behalf and you will not have to do anything afterwards.
